You know, I kinda liked the new Beyonce after being so utterly bored by her for the past 8 years or so. So much so that she even inspired me to do my own little remixes (“If I were a girl” and “Single ladies (put your lips on it)” – both of which will NEVER see the light of day). BUT. WHAT. IS. THIS?!?!!
Between this and that new Em/ 50/ Dre it becomes apparent that superstars are pureCORN. And the Kanye – esque glasses (if you can be bothered to search for the official video) are such an obvious attempt at recreating that whole little stupid glasses trend again. I guess the credit crunch is hitting everyone hard. I’m not even jealous of Jay anymore.

Many thanks to “some nice shit” for getting me on board, my name is Chima Anya a.k.a “your mothers favourite rapper” and I been rocking that since way before Asher Roth. Ohmega always delivers on the music tip there hasn’t yet been a video to showcase his work. So im definitely excited about this new video for ‘Eyes & Ears which features Jneiro Jarel. It’s been a long time coming considering the album ‘Watts happening’ was released in 2007. It seems it was worth the wait. The video is clever and sees Jneiro’s lips getting a lot of shine.
The album was just released for which features a remix by the elusive Clutchy Hopkins which you can preview over at Fresh Selects now.
